What does the $99 plan include?
It includes a daily-ready bank of up to 31 content units each month, usually a caption paired with a simple visual, delivered in weekly batches. It also includes one customer newsletter draft, a monthly report using available data, practical SEO and Google Business Profile advice, and email support and revisions for included work. It is prepared content for you to publish, not a promise to post every day.
What do the $249 and $499 plans add?
The $249 plan adds approved publishing on up to two supported social profiles, two customer newsletter drafts, publishing verification, and a monthly review. The $499 plan supports up to three profiles, up to four newsletter drafts, one coordinated promotion kit, and a planning conversation. Newsletter sending is not included unless separately agreed.
Are the posts written specifically for my business?
Yes. Content is based on your services, customers, approved details, and materials. You review factual claims, current offers, and dates before publication.
What does unlimited email support and revisions mean?
You can ask questions or request changes to included work by email. One consolidated revision request can be in progress at a time. New campaigns, services, or work outside the agreed scope are quoted separately. There is no 24/7 or same-day response guarantee.
Do you publish posts for me?
The $99 plan delivers files for you to publish. The $249 and $499 plans can include approved publishing on supported profiles after the scope and access are agreed. You keep account ownership. Passwords are never requested by email.
Are customer newsletters sent for me?
The plans include writing newsletter drafts in the quantities shown on the pricing page. Sending, list management, and automation are a separate written scope. We do not add scraped contacts to a customer newsletter.
Is Google Business Profile management included?
Practical advice is included in the monthly content plans. Ongoing profile management or implementation is an optional, separately scoped service. The owner keeps profile ownership and approves changes.
Are website work and SEO included?
Website design, maintenance, technical SEO, and ongoing SEO execution are separate projects. They are scoped to your site and goals before a price is proposed.
Can you manage Google or Meta ads?
Campaign setup or management can be scoped separately. Advertising budget is not included in the monthly plan and should be paid directly by you through your account.
Can you set up a virtual receptionist?
We can help assess requirements and configure a provider where appropriate. Provider charges, call limits, and any implementation work are agreed separately.
Do you guarantee more followers, leads, or sales?
No. Marketing results depend on your market, offer, audience, platform, and many other factors. Reports describe the activity and data available; they are not a promise of growth.
What is a business spotlight?
It is promotional content by North Fox Digital, not independent news coverage. We use verifiable business details, identify ourselves as the marketer, and do not invent quotes or results. A quote or photo is used only with permission. You can request a correction or removal without buying a plan, and you never have to share the feature.
Can I ask you to correct a published feature?
Yes. Email Neil with the feature link and the specific correction or removal request. You do not need to buy anything, provide a quote, or share the feature.
