Research and data sources
Our articles link to the primary sources behind their factual claims. Charts on service pages lead to the relevant research article, where the data, definitions, and limitations are explained. The estimator methodology documents the 25 recorded micro1 calculator scenarios, additional checkpoints, interpolation, and rounding.
Public calculator outputs are reference observations, not completed sales or a validated market price. Survey measures of AI adoption are not measures of data licensing spending.

Our role and compensation
North Fox Digital is an independent introduction and qualification service led by Neil Fox in the Orlando area. We are not an employee, authorized representative, spokesperson, or agent of a licensing company named on this site.
Your initial review and introductions are free. A licensing company may pay us a referral fee if an approved introduction results in a qualifying transaction. We explain the relevant relationship before you decide to proceed. A buyer or seller’s representative may have its own commercial terms.
An inquiry permits a reply about that inquiry. It does not authorize a buyer introduction, a data transfer, a license, or access to your systems. Any named introduction requires separate agreement.
Buyer demand and eligibility change. Nonprofit assets need individual review of buyer interest, rights, mission fit, and approvals. Industry examples are illustrative, not North Fox client results. No transaction, payment, privacy outcome, or acceptance is guaranteed.
The estimator presents a rounded midpoint from observed or interpolated public calculator outputs. It is not an offer or appraisal. The source does not establish payment period, gross or net basis, fees, license duration, or exclusivity. A buyer can decline or offer outside that source interval; no deal means no licensing revenue. Read the full methodology.
Editorial and site materials
We use AI-assisted research and writing, with source links and publication dates. See our editorial and corrections policy. The website uses self-hosted Source Sans 3 and Lexend under the SIL Open Font License. Original font license files are retained with the site assets.
The redesign drew on twelve dated Internet Archive captures of data and software company sites from 2015–2019. These informed navigation, content order, service explanations, and routes to a conversation. They do not imply a relationship with those companies or a history of North Fox transactions.
