A clear path
from curiosity to review.
The first step is a conversation about what you have.
North Fox Digital helps you assess the fit and arrange an introduction. A licensing company reviews any proposed dataset and agrees the terms directly with you.

Talk it through with Neil.
If you want to continue, request a conversation. We look at the type of material, relevant buyer programs, rights questions, and who needs to be involved.

Approve an introduction.
When a suitable route exists, we explain the company and our referral relationship. You decide whether to proceed. We do not submit your organization to a buyer because you filled out this form.
Your agreement comes before the introduction.
- 4
Review the actual offer.
The licensing company evaluates fit and discusses the proposed scope. Review permitted uses, rights, security, processing, duration, exclusivity, and payment with your advisers before committing.
Buyer acceptance and commercial terms are never guaranteed.
How we’re paid.
Your fit review and introductions are free.
A licensing company may pay North Fox Digital a referral fee when an introduction leads to a qualifying transaction. We disclose the relationship before you choose to proceed. Our role is independent; we are not a buyer’s employee, representative, or authorized spokesperson.
Keep the decisions
in your hands.
Submitting an inquiry does not grant a license, permit a data transfer, or authorize access to your systems. If a proposal does not suit your organization, you can choose not to move forward.
A licensing agreement is where the details belong. It should say what material is included, what the buyer may do with it, and what each party must deliver.
Ask Neil about the processStart with what you already have.
A few broad details can tell us whether a conversation is worthwhile. No files or system access needed.
