I like it when a business tells you plainly what changed. Lotus Nails Day Spa does it on its about page in one line: the salon "has been around for over 10 years but is now under new management !" Right after that comes a list of what it does, with manicures, pedicures, a kids menu and waxing.

Lotus Nails Day Spa is in Narcoossee Shoppes on S Narcoossee Rd in St. Cloud. The website doesn't name the new owners, but the online booking page names the techs. I counted a dozen first names there, from Annie, Eva and Finn to Olive, Thou and Tran.

Six pedicures, each one adding a step

Pedicures take up the longest stretch of the services page, and it's the part I'd read first, because each one up the list adds a step. The Classic covers a warm water bath, a nail trim, a sugar scrub, a massage and regular polish. The Collagen pedicure, at $55, finishes with "Collagen socks & four hot stone massage." The Volcano, at $70, starts with a detoxifying soak and a collagen cream mask and ends with a paraffin foot wrap and a shoulder massage. The Organic pedicure tops the list at $80.

Children under 11 get their own short menu, with a Kids Manicure at $15 and a Kids Pedicure at $25, so a parent can see the cost before the appointment. Facials fill out the bottom of the services page.

What regulars say

On Nov. 3, 2026, Google showed the salon at 4.2 stars from 423 reviews, and "friendly staff" is the topic reviewers mention most, in 111 of them. Denel's review is the kind I'd want to read as a new customer, because it names a tech: "Eva is always professional, friendly, and pays incredible attention to detail." The salon writes back to reviewers on its Google profile, and its newest post there, on Oct. 27, 2026, opened with "Your Halloween nails are calling!"

Hours and how to book

Lotus is open Monday to Saturday from 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., according to its website. Book through the online booking page linked from the site, or call (407) 593-6561. The booking page asks anyone who wants a specific technician, or a group booking, to call instead. Questions can also go to lotus.nails.stcloud@gmail.com.

The salon's website and booking page both give the street number as 1957. One Yelp listing shows 1959, so go by 1957 S Narcoossee Rd.

What I noticed

What I noticed: The services page and the booking page list different prices for the same services. On Nov. 3, 2026, the Classic Pedicure was $30 on the services page and $35.70 on the booking page, and the Classic Manicure, the Collagen and Volcano pedicures and the Builder Gel Fullset showed similar gaps. Most booking prices work out to a round number plus 2%, and several of those round numbers are a few dollars above the website's. Someone who picks a pedicure from the website sees a different total when booking, on a page that says "No Refunds/All Sales Are Final," so the number up front is the one that helps. The fix is a one-time update: copy the current booking prices onto the services page, starting with the six pedicures, and add one line under the menu explaining what the 2% is for. After that, any price change goes on both pages the same day.

Every pedicure on the Lotus menu spells out what it adds, which makes picking one easy. Book a chair on the Lotus Nails Day Spa booking page, then take the website's advice: "Be kind to yourself."
